This letter is to recommend Trish Roberts as a real estate agent. Buying and selling Real Estate is a very important decision that can be very stressful and emotional. It is easy for simple things to seem overwhelming. We feel that Trish has the experience needed to help guide clients through the process in a calm professional manner making the transition flow as easily as possible.

 Before we started working with Trish in we had worked with other reactors in the area. We were living out of State looking for property in the Ballston Spa area. Although we are from the area and new exactly what we wanted few realtors would take us seriously. Most of our searching was done long distance through the internet. It was helpful but when it came time to actually make a purchase we really needed someone we could trust to handle the transaction details in person for us. Family referred us to Trish and with her assistance we were able to obtain the property we desired.
